Based on the popularity of presentation by Right To Be in May, join us for this new mini workshop from Right To Be.
This one-hour mini-workshop, sponsored by Rivertown Parents, invites students in grades 8-12 and their parents/guardians to explore the power of bystander intervention and why it’s so important. Together, we’ll dive into Right To Be’s 5Ds of Bystander Intervention—Distract, Delegate, Document, Delay, and Direct—equipping you with practical, easy-to-use strategies to safely stand up for others and foster a culture of respect and kindness in your school, community, and beyond.
You’ll also get a sneak peek into the Right To Be YOUth program, a curriculum designed to help youth take meaningful action and lead change. By the end, you’ll walk away with real-world tools to care for yourself and those around you, plus information on how to get more involved. You have the Right To Be YOU—and to help shape a better world!
